Our Mission

Our Mission Statement and Maple Tree Prayer reveal the driving force behind Maple Tree:

 THE MAPLETREE MISSION

We, the MAPLETREE FURNITUREMAKERS, are committed to our Mission, to

build good lifelong relationships in our community by

1.    Building heirloom-quality furniture at fair prices;

2.    Creating designs that are perfect for each customer;

3.    Honoring every commitment we make to each customer; and

4.    Making every customer glad he or she chose us, by applying the Bible’s “Golden Rule” at all times

       and, out of the profit our work yields, to help needy children and families by giving to Christian charities.

“The Tree is known by its Fruit*.”
(Gospel of Saint Matthew, Verse 12, Chapter 33)

*Maple Tree is known by its fruit, its good lifelong customer relationships.

THE MAPLETREE FURNITUREMAKERS’ PRAYER

Our Father in heaven, thank you for creating each of us and for all that you give us, especially the gift of the skills of our profession. Thank you for the honor of working in the same noble profession that your Son chose, as we continue the tradition of Saint Joseph’s workshop.

Bless our work, which we do gladly because we offer it to you. Bless our company, Maple Tree, our customers and our suppliers. Bless each Maple Tree employee and his family. Protect us, at work and at home, and give us good health.

Guide us - to learn your will and do your will, as we follow your laws of love for you and our neighbor. Help us grow in holiness and lead others to you. Give us the wisdom we need to work safely and efficiently, as a team. Give us each the graces that you know we need.

Continue to make Maple Tree a good inspiring example to others. Make us prosper and grow, by following your laws, so that we can accomplish our Mission of helping those in need and spreading Your Word, while asking fair prices and paying fair wages.

We ask all these things in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.

Finally, we pray as Jesus taught us, “Our Father, … (the Lord’s Prayer).”

Amen.
